Dear Westlake Football Season Ticket Holder:


We are happy to announce the implementation of a new ticketing system for all WHS Chaparral Home Football Games beginning with the 2012 football season.

As part of this new system, all 2012 Season Tickets for Westlake Varsity Football will be up for renewal online beginning Monday May 7, 2012.  You may access the renewal website from the following pages:
www.the westlakeway.com - click on the "Tickets" tab at the top and then click on the red "Season Tickets" button. Or go to
http://www.whschaps.com/ - click on "Extra-Curricular Programs" and then "Athletics" and then scroll down and click on "Football Tickets" in the middle section. There you will find the red "Season Tickets" button to click on.

The process for online ticket sales is as follows:

  1. Once you have clicked the "Season Tickets" link on one of the above websites, you will be brought to the TickeTracker login page.
  2. Click on "New User."
  3. Enter a valid email address in the "Customer Email" field and click "Search."
  4. If your email is found in the system, click "Select" next to your name. A Username and Password will be sent to your email. Skip ahead, to # 8 below, once you receive that email.
  5. If your email is not found in the system, click on the "Create New User" button.
  6. After clicking on "Create New User" you will be asked to select the "State" and "School" in which you are purchasing the Season Tickets for. Then click on the "Select" button.
  7. Enter all of your information into the Customer Maintenance page. You will not have a School ID number. First Name, Last Name and Email are required fields. You will need to use the name as it is found on your mailing label. Once all fields are completed, click the "Save" button. A Username and Password will be sent to your email address.
  8. Enter the Username and Password that you received via email from TickeTracker. The Username and password fields are both case sensitive.
  9. Click on the "Buy/Renew Tickets" tab.
  10. All seats associated with your name will appear under Ticket Renewals. To renew a seat click the checkbox next to that seat and click "Select Tickets." If there are seats that you do not wish to renew simply leave those boxes unchecked. All seat prices include a One Year Seat Option Fee that secures the seats in your name for one year. If you do not see any seats to renew please contact the Athletic Office at 512-732-9289 ext.2.
  11. Enter your credit card information and click "Purchase." Your seats are now secured for the 2012 Football Season! 
  12. Please note that you will also be able to join the Chap Club at the same time by clicking on the "Chap Club Membership" link once you have renewed your season tickets. You will be able to pay your membership fee and then print a form to fill out and mail that outlines choices associated with your membership level.


The deadline for renewing your tickets will be midnight on Friday, May 25th.  Any seats that have not been renewed by May 25th will be considered available for sale/exchange at that time.  On Thursday and Friday, May 31st and June 1st, we will hold Ticket Exchange Days here in the Athletic Office from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM each day. Season Ticket holders who have renewed their seats online will be able to come in and exchange for seats that have not been renewed at that point. On Saturday, June 2nd all open seats will go online for sale to new season ticket buyers.

If you do not have access to a computer you may still renew your seats by calling the Athletic Office before May 21st at 512-732-9289 ext. 2.  You may then set up a time to come by before May 25th and we will renew them for you in person. We will not renew any seats by phone or by mail.

We will no longer mail out paper tickets. You will need to come by the Athletic Office Monday August 20- Friday August 24, from 8:00 am-1:00 PM, to pick up your new WHS Football Season Passes. These passes, which are like a credit card, will be scanned at the gate for each home game. If you are unable to pick up your passes at this time you will need to wait until the first home game on August 31st and stand in line to pick them up at the Stadium Ticket Booth beginning at 6:30 PM.

With this change we know there may be areas of concern and questions that you will have. Please do not hesitate to call the Athletic Office for assistance while we implement this new system. This particular system is being used by many high schools throughout the state and country with great results. We are very excited about the opportunities it presents for both our office and our constituents.
